I spent 2019 – 2024 supporting a nonprofit that teaches self-awareness through the lens of the Enneagram. The mission was freeing people – all over the world – from “the prisons of our own making” which aligns with my personal mission. I feel most alive, connected to the world, and to myself when I’m working with people courageous enough to take a deep and honest look at themselves, whether that’s in or out of prison. I look forward to walking this journey with you.

In addition to my coaching experience, I spent 14 years working with the federal government in the area of workforce development. My last few years there were focused on leadership training: I established and managed an in-house coaching program for senior leaders across the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

My experience as a manager and facilitator has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that come with leadership positions. I have facilitated leadership courses globally, providing support to the DLA’s 26,000 employees.

As a certified teacher/facilitator for The Narrative Enneagram, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strength Deployment Inventory, Integrative Enneagram 9 (iEQ9), and Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, I have a deep understanding of how to work with individuals and teams to maximize their strengths and achieve their goals. I bring this expertise into my coaching practice, helping my clients to identify their unique strengths and areas for growth, and create a plan to achieve their desired outcomes. I have a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University.

My Experience

My diverse background in coaching, leadership training, nonprofit leadership and workforce development enables me to provide holistic coaching tailored to the specific needs of each client. Whether you want to improve your leadership skills, navigate a career transition, or simply gain greater clarity and direction in your life, I will help you achieve your goals.

My Joy

I’m from rural Pennsylvania and have been living in California since 2012. I now call San Diego home, with my partner and our rambunctious puppy. If I’m not facilitating a group in prison or coaching, you’ll find me riding my bike or enjoying one of the great local beaches.
